Humanities & Social Science students have different acquired or natural skills. HUMSS students use these skills to excel in this field and to take up different professions that they can use these skills for. Under HUMSS there are many careers to choose from. For instance, teachers given the focus on writing and speaking in a humanities major, graduates are well-prepared to become teachers. If you know how to plan, organize and to make people happy then utilize those skills and be an events organizer. You can combine your understanding of human nature with your reading, writing & interpersonal skills to be a Public Relations Manager. In HUMSS you have to be a people person and you should be exposed to different cultures, use those skills and help others plan their dream vacation and be a travel agent.  In HUMSS you can use reasoning, analytical & problem solving skills to be a lawyer and execute justice. When we were in high school you’ve edited your academic papers as well as in college, you can make a profession out of it and be an editor for newspapers or magazines etc. You can also work with the FBI since HUMSS students know how to read & interact with others and the knowledge of human nature and all about foreign languages. As a HUMSS major you know how to get inside people’s heads and use your communication skills to be an Advertising Manager. Writing never disappears in HUMSS you can use this skill to be a journalist. Lastly in HUMSS you have knowledge when it comes to language in different places, hone this skill and be a linguist. These are just a few of the many more list of careers to choose from under Humanities & Social Science. With the different skills and talents a HUMSS student has you can turn this into a profession. It is only in HUMSS that you ca experience these kinds of things, seeing new places, meeting new people and trying new things. With HUMSS you not only get to work but you can create meaningful experiences whilst getting paid.
